Job responsibility:
1) Administrative management
Specific content: Assist in handling the daily administrative management work of the research team.
Specific requirements: Assist the team in organizing meetings, receiving visitors, external liaison, and arranging business trips, etc.
2) Research management
Specific content: Assist the research team in undertaking the implementation of projects.
Specific requirements: Sort and file project materials, conduct preliminary analysis of project data, and assist in writing project execution briefs and annual reports.
3) Laboratory instrument procurement, maintenance and management
Specific content: Regularly conduct indoor maintenance and testing of ocean bottom seismometers (OBS) and other instrument equipment.
Specific requirements: Assist the research team in purchasing new instruments and handle the acceptance of newly purchased instruments. Conduct daily management and maintenance of research instruments.
4) Financial management
Specific content: Budgeting and invoice reimbursement work.
Specific requirements: Budget funds according to the team's requirements, and promptly handle the team's financial reimbursement and accounting work.
5) Other temporary tasks
Specific content: Temporary tasks assigned by the team.
Specific requirements: Be able to execute the team leader's temporary work arrangements and complete them well within the specified time.
