海洋碳氮的生物地球化学过程,比如长江冲淡水区域的沉积物-水界面的有机质矿化过程和脱氮过程;低氧区水柱及沉积物-水界面的有机质矿化过程和脱氮过程;碳氮生物地球化学过程的环境制约因素及机制研究等

长期实时原位的海底观测,如东海海域水体中颗粒物、有机质、生源要素及其浮游植物生理特性的时空动态变化研究,生物生态系统对特殊极端事件如台风/风暴潮、缺氧等的短期与长期响应等
